To begin listing properties to sell at auction with Xome, you must be a registered user. If you do not have an existing account, you will need to create one.
- Click on Sell in the navigation menu on Xome.com. This will take you to the Sell with Xome page. Note: Once you have a verified seller account, clicking on Sell will take you straight to the Seller Dashboard.
- Click on Get Started.
- Log in with your existing Xome account information, or create a new account:
- Enter your first and last name, email, and optionally your mobile phone number. Then create a strong, unique password for your account in the Password field.
- If you would like to be subscribed to our email list and receive exclusive auction event and property information, select the checkbox.
- Click the Create Account button. Please note that you can also use the Sign in with Apple feature to sign up for a Xome account using your Apple account credentials.
To get started selling with Xome, click Skip for Now in the pop-up to go to the Seller Portal and begin account verification and disclosures.
